Making Your First Deposit

Depositing funds at Dora Mahjong couldn’t be easier:

 1. Login to the client
 2. Click the “My Account” button.
 3. Click on the Deposit tab
 4. Select the deposit options of your choice and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Withdraw your winnings

It’s as easy to withdraw as it is to deposit.

Note: Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. If you have a winning that exceeds the total deposits you can withdraw your money to the payment options below.

Refund Policy

Upon making any real deposits, players are able to request a withdrawal (cash out) of any amount of funds which have not yet been used.

Set Deposit Limits

We believe that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for playing Mahjong. You can restrict your weekly deposit limits. This function is set under My Account tab in the client. Please also read our responsible gaming section on the site.

Withdrawal Policy

At Dora Mahjong, we believe our players should be able to withdraw funds from their accounts as easily as they can make deposits.

 •The payee name entered for withdrawal must be the same as the registered for your player account.
 •You can only make one withdrawal a day.
 •You can only withdraw money from the same payment method as you have deposited from (where possible).
 •Withdrawal to MasterCard or Visa is not possible – these will be handled using other methods.
 •You can request one free withrawal every 7 days, else a 5% service fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
 •In addition to the case mentioned above, a service fee of 5% may be deducted from the withdrawal amount in certain cases.

KYC Process

To be able to protect our players for fraudulent activities surrounding the withdrawal process we will need to obtain identification from you to be able to process the withdrawal.

 • Players are required to proof their Dora Mahjong copies in following situations:
 • Requested Withdrawal amount exceeds withdrawal policy limit.
 • Deposit and withdrawal methods differs.
 • Discrepancies in information filled for requesting withdrawal to the registered information in players account.
 • The player have changed the initial registered details .

To complete this process, please complete:

 1. Personal Identification – one photo ID from the following list:
  o Passport
  o Driving license
  o National Identification card (photographic)
  o Citizenship certificate
 2. Address Verification – one of the following:
  o Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
  o Tax Bill
  o Copy of Bank Statement (less than 3 months old)
 3. Source of Payment Verification – one of the following
  o Account registered Credit or Debit card (front only)
  o Copy of Credit or Debit card account statement of a card registered on your player account (less than 3 months old)
  o Copy of bank statement – must have a transaction or card number visible on it (less than 3 months old)


 • The documents must be clear and legible and have all your usernames or telephone account ID on all documents. If this is not the case processing time may be longer and may result in temporary account suspension.
 • Use the highest resolution available on your fax machine (recommended resolution supported by most machines: ‘Photo’).
 • Please send scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only with a maximum size of 10MB per page.
 • For your personal security please blank out all digits except for the last four of the account and card numbers, leaving the start and expiry date visible.
 • Please send documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a PO Box number are unacceptable for

All documents must be certified as true copies of the originals by a professionally qualified community figure.

Documents can be certified by any professionally qualified person or equivalent such as:

 • A lawyer / solicitor
 • An accountant / bank manager
 • A town clerk or civil servant (including police, fire or military officers)
 • A doctor/dentist/pharmacist
 • A teacher or professor

Each document must be signed individually by this certifier, who must put their name, signature and rank/title. They must certify that the document that they have seen is the original.

Please DO NOT send in original documents to be certified by us.

You can send these documents via one of the following methods:

 • By E-mail
 • By secure uploader : Upload a scan or high quality digital photograph of your photo identity document.
 • By Post

You do not have to wait to be asked to complete the process. We encourage customers to do this in order for you to use our products and to speed up future deposits and withdrawals.
