Responsible Gambling

Mahjong is a traditional game of skill enjoyed by families and friends, however with every game there are winners and losers.

It is therefore important to play responsibly and not to gamble funds that you cannot afford to lose. Gambling can cause addiction and players should be aware of the possible risks. On this page we have gathered useful information that can help you control your gaming.

It can be difficult to keep track of your spending and that's why we have implemented several different measures/tools. Below you will find details regarding what we offer. Self-Stake Limit

Self-stake Limit helps you control the tables that you enter in terms of the required stake. You can set limits to play on the lower stake tables only. You can lower your stake limit with immediate effect, but a 7-day waiting period will be applied if you want to increase or remove the limit.

If you feel that you are becoming dependent on gambling, you should consider limiting your access to your account. Alternatively, you can self-exclude in my account pages, if you choose to self-exclude your account will be suspended for a period of 6 months.

Welfare Check

How you can identify that you have a gambling problem ? Self assessment:
Here are a few questions that may help you check if gambling has taken over your day to day:

  • When you loose do you feel that you absolutely need to play again and win back your losses immediately?
  • Do you feel depressed and desperate because of your gambling?
  • Do you miss work, college and social events in order to stay home and gamble?
  • Has anyone criticised the amount of time you spend gambling?
  • Do frustrations, disappointment, verbal fights make you want to gamble?
  • Do you spend more time gambling as compared to having hobbies, going out doors?
  • Do you borrow money from friends and family and use this for gambling?
  • Do you feel restless when you are unable to gamble?

More "yes" than "nos" to the above certainly means that you have a serious gambling problem.
In order to initiate self-exclusion please contact our customer support team at support@mahjonglogic.com. You can also contact www.ncpgambling.org which provides support for gamblers.
